Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “adidas Running” on Android 10?

- Open the “Settings” of your device.
- Choose “Battery & power saving”.
- In the upper half, choose “Battery usage”.
- Further down, find the section “Battery optimization”.
- Choose “Ignore optimizations”.
- Find “adidas Running” in the list of apps.
- Next to “adidas Running”, make sure that the switch is turned on, i.e. with its knob or handle at the right.
- Leave by pressing (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
- Open “adidas Running” on your device.
- Leave by pressing (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.

- Choose “Power saving exclusions”.
- Find “adidas Running” in the list of apps.

- There are many apps on the app store which claim to boost performance, free up space, save battery, or optimize the RAM of your device. However, these apps interfere with other apps, like “adidas Running”, and prevent them from working correctly.
- If you have any app like “Clean Master”, “Security Master”, “Task Manager”, “Phone Cleaner”, “Super Cleaner”, “Power Clean”, “DU Cleaner”, “DU Speed Booster”, “CCleaner”, “AVG Cleaner”, “Avast Cleanup” or “Norton Clean”, check that it doesn’t block or terminate “adidas Running”.
- If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to “clean” or “boost” your device.
